Recently, at Walt Disney World, they introduced Magic Band 2. This is a new form of the Magic Band that is more versatile and customizable. You will be able to take out the center and add it to a cute keychain if you don't want to wear it on your wrist.
When you book your Disney vacation and choose to get you bands sent to your home you will receive the new Magic Band 2! The same 8 colors are still available - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, purple and gray. (If you are picking up your bands at the resort, they will be the original Magic Bands through February!)
Pretty neat, huh? Want more info on the new Magic Bands 2? Contact your Mickey's Dream Vacations Dream Maker or fill out the form below!
One of the things I hate the most is when you are in the parks and your phone battery dies. I have tried multiple portable chargers, but those seem to die as well. I was in Walt Disney World not that long ago and decided I was going to try the Fuelrod.
Fuelrods can be purchased at kiosks in the Disney Parks, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports for $30. With the initial purchase you get the charger itself, a usb cord to recharge the device and adapters for most Android and iPhones. This is all yours to keep. While in the parks, if your Fuelrod looses its charge, all you need to do is visit one of the kiosks and exchange it for a fully charged one.
Each park has at least one kiosk, with the exception of Magic Kingdom.
