As with most professional travel agencies, we charge planning and research fees. We work on a consultative basis to design trips customized to every client, to ensure you make the most of your most precious asset: TIME.
The planning fee includes our initial consultation, the research, and creation of your travel itinerary. If you choose to book your travel with us, it also includes support before, during, and after your vacation. The below is an outline of our fees for most trips, though they may be customized based on trip complexity, duration, and number of travelers. This cost is per family traveling and separate from the cost of your trip. This is non-refundable and covers our research, time, technology, and planning services. Each vacation we craft requires a unique amount of time to create and research, therefore the consulting fees will vary. Your advisor will let you know the exact cost.

Fees are based on 1-4 people traveling on the same itinerary. Trips longer than 14 nights will vary.

Fees can be paid by credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
Our planning fees cover initial consultation and discussion or your trip dreams and expectations, time spent researching, developing, and revising a proposal to create the perfect customized itinerary. The planning fee is non-refundable should you decide you don’t want to book the trip or cancel the trip.
If you decide you’d like to explore a different destination entirely, additional fees may apply. Once an itinerary has been decided upon, we manage the booking of all the components of your trip. We make sure all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed to take the stress out of trip planning. We spend the time on the details, so you don’t have to. We are here for you before, during, and after your travel.
