Hi, I’m Nancy and I live in Boca Raton, FL with my husband and 15 year old daughter. I have three older children who have left the nest. I have been an avid Disney fan since my first trip December 1971 (three months after the Magic Kingdom officially opened). I couldn’t believe this magical place. I did anything and everything to get back there as many times as I could. I’m originally from the Northeast (Maryland and New Jersey to be specific), but when my husband was presented with a job opportunity about 15 years ago, we picked up and moved our (then) family of six to south Florida. He sold me on moving by telling me, “you can get your annual passes to Disney if we move”! Since then, I’ve been a regular. From the Food and Wine Festival to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party to grand openings of new attractions, I haven’t missed it. I love Marathon weekends, especially the Princess Marathon weekend (I’m an avid 5Ker but would love to try a 10K or half). But what I really love to do the most is camping at Ft. Wilderness! I’m always getting family and friends to try it. They usually go back for more! Through all my visits, my family and friends have come to rely on my knowledge to help them navigate and not miss their favorites. When I’m not Disney hopping I love to cook and sew.
